Where do I register? |
Most scheduled patients start by registering at the main desk in the D Wing Lobby. You can find out which parking lots are closest. |

The hospital is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please leave valuable items at home. |
Does the hospital have wifi? |
Thanks to the support of the Brant Community Healthcare System Foundation, through a donation from Cable Assembly Systems, Inc., free wifi is available throughout Brantford General Hospital. Connect with the “Guest” network and follow instructions. |
How do I rent a TV or telephone? |
Bedside TV Services at Brantford General Hospital are provided by LOC Medical. Bedside TV Services are rentable 24/7 by patients or their loved ones and provide access to 48 Digital channels including Sports, News, Major Networks and Lifestyle channels. The starting TV rental rates are as followed:
Please note that the pricing for weekly and 30-day rentals are applicable only to those who make a full payment in advance. All rental rates are net of applicable taxes. Can I have mail sent to me? |
Mail sent to the hospital for patients will be delivered to them. Please have your family and friends address mail as follows: Your full name 200 Terrace Hill St, Brantford, ON, N3R 1G9 If your mail arrives after you have been discharged, it will be destroyed. E-Cards are always an option! |
Can my pet visit? |
BCHS understands that pets can help the wellbeing of patients. If you would like your pet to visit you or your family member, please speak to a member of the healthcare team who can help you to make these arrangements. |
