Wait Times
Information & Disclaimer
Please Note: We are experiencing high patient volumes and staffing pressures that will result in longer than average wait times for non-emergent conditions. The sickest patients are always treated first. You may not be seen in the order of your arrival.

What is the Number of Patients waiting?
This is the total number of triaged patients waiting to be seen by a physician and includes patients in the waiting room and the emergency department. Patients who have not been triaged are not included in this number.
What is Average Time to See a Physician?
Average time to see a physician is the time between when you are greeted (or triaged if not greeted) and the first time you see a physician. We expect 1/4 of patients will be seen in LESS than the average time to see a physician.
What is Longest Wait Time?
Longest wait time shows the time for the person that has been waiting the longest without seeing a physician. We expect that 3/4 of patients will be seen in LESS than the longest time to see a physician. Due to patient acuity and volume, 1/4 of patients will wait longer than the longest time to see a physician.
What is Trend?
Trend will show as upwards if current average time to see a physician is more than 10 minutes longer than 15 minutes ago. It will show downwards if it is more than 10 minutes shorter. Click on the Trend to see the last 24 hours of data.
