Vision 2030
Let’s Envision 2030 at BCHS!
The Brant Community Healthcare System (BCHS) has launched a Strategic Planning Process to develop a new five-year plan that will serve as our roadmap to the future. This plan will outline our vision, mission, values, strategic goals, and outcomes for the period from 2025 to 2030.
Incorporating the voices of our community members—patients, families, employees, professional staff, learners, volunteers, and partners—is a crucial part of this process. By doing so, we aim to ensure that the plan meets the needs of our patients and the community effectively.
As we enter the Validation Phase, we need your feedback! After gathering over 1,000 responses from BCHS staff and community members in the Discovery Phase and seeing important emerging themes come through in the analysis, we’ve created a first draft of our Vision 2030 Strategic Plan. Now, we’re asking for your help in reviewing and validating the plan. Your feedback is essential to ensuring that it reflects our shared goals and vision for the future of BCHS.
