BCHS staff huddles to solve problems

BCHS huddles are 10 to 15 minute meetings that give staff the opportunity to address any barriers they may be facing and to brainstorm solutions that will remove them. It is also a chance to recognize staff for their hard work throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond.
