Quality Improvement Plan

Providing high-quality and safe care for our patients is a top priority for the Brant Community Healthcare System.

Each year we share our Quality Improvement Plan that outlines the goals and action plans we are taking in the year ahead to ensure each and every patient and their family have a good experience while in our care.

Of significant note in our plan this year is our decision to ensure we have at least one goal with each of Health Quality Ontario's dimensions of quality.
